Don't get an upgrade. After selecting an upgraded room and then getting an offer from the hotel for an upgrade which I took, I got a room on the back side of the building with a view of another building. The front desk clerk after asked about this said, " sorry I don't have any other rooms". I told her that this was unacceptable but she did not seem to care.
