We had a great stay for 4 days while we spent the days on the river. Great location near the river and Lake Mojave. Beds were comfortable and rooms and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly.

Pleasant I was disappointed this year. This is a yearly trip for us and we always stay at Tropicana . The rooms were not very clean they looked dirty and not sanitized. There was no housecleaning service offered. The bathroom sink plugged up. There were a few elevators not working. There were lines to use them.

It was extremely hot with a lot of tourist. It was overly crowded. There was a bunch of group of people. There was no social distancing at all. The breakfast was delicious but pricey. The staff were helpful.
Good Even though the room was clean there was a strong stench in the room! The facilities were clean, gambling was fun!
I really enjoyed the hotel felt that the service and quality was at high standards for the area. The only thing I didn’t like was how the deposit and your room was charged multiple times on card and had to wait three days to have deposit returned back to bank account. Would have rather it been just all one instead of multiple different amounts. Café was great excellent food ,decent prices and great service. I felt like the hotel was very clean. I wish the steak restaurant was open during the week.
