Great Hotel No complaints Loved the hotel , celebrated our anniversary with my wife. It is a great hotel to stay at while on vacation. The staff was great and helpful definitely will return soon.

Happy gue hi Nothing The place is nice and was clean everyone had mask on and they had cleaners cleaning and wiping down everything which was comforting. Staff was nice our check in was exceptional, she was friendly nice and helpful
Generally just okay this time One host @ Carnegie was sarcastic after l waited over 10 mins to be seated as the only one in line with multiple tables open and less than 20% capacity dining
Very Good The toilets in the rooms are very low. It was like sitting down on the floor and it took 7 minutes to get hot water fir the shower. Also the Buffet was closed. The staff was very friendly. They were very helpful when the toilet in my room started over flowing.
Very Good If I am paying a resort fee, it would have been nice to have had a small refrigerator. Garage to my room was very convenient. Disinfection stations well placed throughout the casino. Coffee shop and brew pub had tasy food.
Good Check in ! Check in took way to long!!
