Very Good Talked to tropicana person week before arrival the necessity of connecting rooms because we were traveling with Uncle who is 90 years old. Upon arrival did not have connecting rooms assigned and had to pay upgrade to get connecting rooms. I understand that with the reservation it is only a request for rooms, but when you talk to Hotel person prior to arrival and you confirmed that you were getting connecting rooms and then show up with adjacent rooms is not right.
