Bad WIFI in room didn’t work, called the front desk, they transferred to IT and was told they would reboot it and it should work within the hour. It never did. (Note) No WIFI meant no phone reception, couldn’t get a single bar in the room. Found a glob of hair not mine or my lady’s next to the bed, disgusting! Hotel receptionist at checkout came off kind of rude. All in all, my stay here was probably one of the worst on a long list of places I stayed at. A little disappointing given the price. The room. Very dated, even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled like it had been smoked in or there was a lot of mold in the a/c system, coffee maker had used coffee packet still in it, there were drops of blood on the bathroom floor, a small refrigerator would have been nice. The staff were very nice. The enforcement of mask wearing was commendable.
