The whole experience was 5 star from start to finish. From the first visit with Cooper up to the install with Bayron. Seaton held great communication throughout the process and made picking out new carpet simple with transparency. This company is well versed, offer high quality products and 5 star service. Thank you to Seaton Trotter at Trotter Brothers Flooring who was able to measure and produce this top quality custom area rug for my home in Encino, California. The area rug came in ahead of schedule, had a custom made pad that I didn’t even ask for and it is absolutely perfect and gorgeous My friends are all jealous of the personalized and professional service I received! I was so impressed I ordered a second custom rug for my upstairs bedroom!!!! And was equally as happy! I can’t wait for my next project!

Very impressed with all staff and installers at Trotter Brothers Flooring. Seaton Trotter was genuine and respectful when he met with us at our home. The entire staff was courteous and respectful when we went to their store to look at carpet samples. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to our pricing at “big box stores” and we liked that we were dealing with ONE company rather than having the contractor blame that big box store or that store blame the contractor for bad communication or other issues.
