In all my 50 yrs I have never had a better Dr. than Troy Fate! He is punctual thorough and has excellent bed-side-manner. He answers all of my questions and concerns in a very compassionate and professional manner. Dr. Fate and his wonderful Staff are most definitly top notch!5 Star!

Dr Fate is amazing! He always takes the time to listen to you and never makes you feel rushed. He always asks lots of questions and tells you everything you need to know. He's very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone. You can always get a same day appointment and he's always running on time!

Dr. Fate has allowed my lab values to show leukemia, liver failure, and dehydration that have been induced by the medications he prescribed for 4 years. Then when I asked to have the labs addressed, he said they were irrelevant. I had to leave Dr. Fate to save my life. Do not allow his attractiveness, his charisma to make you think you are getting good care. Please note the lack of follow up feeling that you feel....you are correct in feeling like that is malpractice. If you feel shortened in your time with him, trust yourse... read more

Was referred to Dr. Fate after my previous PCP retired. First, he changed locations, Mt. Carmel to an Independent practice that later became COPC. Then he went back to Mt. Carmel, then to Ohio Health because he was unhappy with Mt. Carmel. A few months later when I tried to make a follow up appointment they said he had gone back to Mt. Carmel. But even worse, I had him look at a suspicious mole on my stomach that had been changing. He looked at it, said it was fine, and blew off my concerns. With all the location changes I d... read more

HealthCARE providers are supposed to care. He does not care, he is just in this for the money. Lack of listening skills and just does what he wants and does not care about the outcome for the patient. Very disappointed in my experience! Staff was rude and do not communicate well!

Never had an experience like the awful one with Dr Troy Fate. My first appointment gave me much hope. The following appointments were less than 3 minutes (I timed it with my phone stop watch), and his memory of previous appointments worried me, as he confused me with other patients apparently. What you get from him are print outs of results for a search on google. Office personnel in 18 months never contacted Express Scripts for PA for required Rx. as Express Scripts detailed in an email from customer service. Healthcare is ... read more

I was hopeful with Dr Fate in earliest appointments. Then, as everywhere, instead of being a complete independent physician, it was readily apparent he follows exactly what he is allowed to do or not do as the company managing the practice. Non-medical business people determine every decision and action this and unfortunately nearly all other physicians in Ohio. The

Please review his ratings on Ohio Health. My husband was in the hospital 4 times and wanted us to go to our PCP, Dr. Fate. We had a long list of symptoms that the hospital at the time said they didn't know what was wrong. After mentioning the first symptom, Dr. Fate said he didn't have time to go through our list, got up and walked out the door, and we never saw him again. In the end, it ended up being cancer, and the test results at the hospital showed it, but they said it wasn't his cancer at the time. This was the most eg... read more
