Dear Dr Munson, I know you won’t remember me, you performed surgery on my neck back in July. I just wanted to thank you for being so professional and personable. I made an early review that I'd like to retract although some things happened I was that i wasn't happy about I didn't really understand how much he did for me Doctor Munson did paralyze me in my 1st surgery I was only supposed to have one disk removed and 2 fused when I came out but when I was paralyzed he rushed me back into surgery and did more imaging because my condition is very rare and he missed some extra bone in front and he fixed my paralysis while I have had a similar surgery recently and now I cant walk at all an... read more
Dr. Munson did an excellent job with my emergency surgery to remove a tumor from my brainstem. His bedside manner could use some work, but I would put up with a lot of rudeness in exchange for a healthy mind and body, which I have. I highly recommend him.
Amazing staff and care ! I left the hospital with none of the pain I walked in with!
Dr Munson was a very approachable doctor. He explained in clear language what should be done and what to expect in the surgery that was needed. We did not feel rushed during the app't at all. His nurse, Michelle, is a sweet heart. We were both impressed with our first visit to the office. Surgery is scheduled for next week and neither of us have any qualms about having it done. We will be glad when it is over though and recovery is in process.
Saved my life! Came to see me everyday in the hospital, explained things so me and family could understand.
Dr. Munson explained all the issues with my husbands health. My husband had a bulging disk that was choking off his spine and he was numb and could not walk. Dr. Munson saw the urgency in this situation and scheduled immediate surgery. My husband had several neck fusions before this. His bedside manner sucks. He needs to learn to listen to his patients and have more compassion. But he did take my pain away. Did call in December and couldn’t get in to see him until May. Glad my injury was not life threatening.. don’t think it should take 5 months to get in to see a doctor.
Great surgical technician - my back pain was gone - but his staff convinced me that they do not care one bit about patients. In pain? Wait weeks and weeks to see the doctor. Muscles atrophying? Wait. Losing muscle control? Wait. Infuriating!
