Troy, with Cornerstone, came out of the box with a top shelf deal. I originally had a pre-approval from Rocket, and knew I needed to shop it, and it wasn't even close. I will definitely use Cornerstone again. Everyone there was not only helpful, but willing to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough.
