It was a new hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Meh. And no showers for 2 days!!! No hot water in shower. Shower had some suspicious hairs. Accommodation okay but not overall impressive.

While the property is fairly new, the room seemed to be collecting dirt already. The rooms are very basic - basic furnishings, linens, HVAC, room amenities, lighting. But it was quiet and I felt safe inside the room. I wish staff had been wearing masks. There are enough other choices in the Goodyear area to try so next time I’ll try elsewhere.

The rooms, staff service, etc., were fine; some change in the hotel room doors so that they don’t automatically slam would be helpful. Awakened by continuous slamming doors starting at 6AM. There was no sleeping after that. Will not stay again because of this.

We were very comfortable and so rested very well. The surrounding area is quiet and safe.
