I though the Tru Concept was kinda cool and new and the hotel was appropriate good for its style.

I liked it was near shopping and foods. I did not like that the rooms was not really clean and no toliet paper and the body wash containers were empty and asked front desk for new ones and they brought them but didn’t replace them As it need a special key to be open and replaced. The night desk person was not nice or friendly.

The hotel was clean and took COVID-19 safety precautions serious. The only thing that needs to be fixed immediately is how often they empty trash cans were over filled by elevator and hallways.
