I am happy here. Staff is very pleasant, and attentive to my needs. Very comfortable waiting area, though I didn't have to wait long. Just a good experience all around.

The staff lacks compassion and didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns with care or urgency when I was experiencing a reaction to a product that I was prescribed and paid double for, when I could've bought the same thing OTC, something that could have easily been mentioned or offered as an alternative. I went in for a general skin checkup to ensure no skin cancer issues. Other friends told me their dermatologists took pictures and measurements of various skin markings on their bodies (moles, spots, etc.) and compared them from year to year to check for changes. This doctor was nice, but he spent all of about 2 minutes looking at my skin, 3 minutes answering a direct question I asked him, so maybe 5 minutes total, and I got a bill for $277. Do not recommend.

Had a scheduled skin screening and found out my provider was not accepted, which is fine but they couldn’t give me an estimated cost. I then asked about the free skin screenings that are CURRENTLY listed on their website and the girl on the phone said they don’t offer them anymore. 0/10 customer service skills, didn’t even list any other resources despite this being a screening for potential skin cancer.

I came in for an evaluation of a small keloid and had a consultation with Dr Amanda Robalin. If you want to label it a consulation. It was a 5 minute chat of literally talking to someone that seemed like they were cracked out or drank 100 redbulls that day. It was off putting which she said that the keliod is so small we can just do a steroid injection to flatten it out. She did a .1ml, which is the smallest you can possibly do. For comparison, this is literally a drop of water out of a needle. They ended up charging me for ... read more
