I came in for an evaluation of a small keloid and had a consultation with Dr Amanda Robalin. If you want to label it a consulation. It was a 5 minute chat of literally talking to someone that seemed like they were cracked out or drank 100 redbulls that day. It was off putting which she said that the keliod is so small we can just do a steroid injection. She did a .1ml, which is the smallest you can possibly do. For comparison, this is literally a drop of water out of a needle. They ended up charging me for .7ml saying thats ... read more

IMO horrible experience for me. The whole appointment time took less than five minutes with the doctor. Was charged an extra $200 beyond what my insurance company paid for a two second freeze spray. I would not recommend this dermatologist to anyone

I am on the younger side, so when I saw Dr. Ma today, I felt so unseen and unheard. Whenever I asked her any questions she was short with no elaboration. She did not appear to want to be helpful in any capacity and when I brought up issues I was having, threw out some vague solutions. I don’t think I have ever left a review for any place before, but I will never be coming back.

I called right away and they said they called that Friday to let me know. They did not call but I did receive a confirmation text on the day they said they called. The office said the... read more

Amanda Robalin’s bedside manner left much to be desired. She should try brushing up on some interpersonal skills if she plans on keeping patients. Other reviews regarding her suggest this is a prevalent issue with her, which is not only unprofessional but also directly leads to miscommunication among patient and doctor. That “one year of experience” really shows.
