I had a excellent experience with TruBlue. They sent me an estimate within 24 hours and I accepted. Cody arrived on time with a mask and booties, and was very efficient and experienced with the tasks at hand. I needed drywall replaced, baseboards replaced and wood replaced under my kitchen sink due to prior water damage. Textured walls and paint matched perfectly. Be careful!!! Don’t put any deposit in advance! Think twice before hiring this company for cabinets installation , I have shared the whole project details with picture for my project , I have received a quote from Liz and paid the deposit, The tech arrived next day to take the measurement and went to Home Depot to order material ,The tech came back so late and when arrived back he had no idea how to install the farm sink and had to read manual for appliances and farm sink instruction etc, The tech had no even laser leveler t... read more
Not making this up…I had a small repair job for the flooring in my kitchen. The “pros” showed up an hour late. They were completely unfamiliar with the job I needed to have done. Upon inspection they said they didn’t know what to do and would call the office. I told them…look if you guys don’t know how to do this that’s fine, let’s just call it a day. Very expensive to do nothing, just to use our bathroom
$750 JOB REPAIR THEY SAID. So we asked if they could repair the lock on our gate at our restaurant "with a nice appearance." When they completed the job and sent over an invoice of $750, we inspected the work. Unfortunately the job was done very half fast and not with a nice appearance at all. So we KINDLY requested them to please go back and make it nicer, considering the $750.00 charge. Please see the picture for the end result. Techs are not techs they are. Overpaid handyman. Never use them again
Do not hire TruBlue for chandelier installation. They do not have the right ladder and trained technicians to do the job. The technician came late and wanted to leave when he didn’t finish the installation. We were okay to have him come back but his boss Tom refused. He said we should have attached the light balls before the technician came. That’s not possible because if we attached all the balls, it’d be very heavy for the technician to install on the ceiling.
