Horrible experience from the start. Roofing material showed up without notice which prompted me to call and ask when they were scheduled to start (poor communication lasted through to the end). Crew left snack and lunch trash all over the yard for the duration of the install and I caught several of them urinating behing the garage. The roofing debris was left on the grass in the hot sun all day killing some of the grass. If I could give a zero star I would. I took three days off of work to monitor. No communication other then I needed more plywood. I told them to save as many as they can. Nobody talked to me about how many were purchased. They were done in 3 days. No manager on site. I get calls later about the adjustment to the estimate that was over $8000 extra. Unbelievable. No common curtesy to check with me on that amount. I had a budget that was negotiated and they blew by it. So wrong. Dont recommend them to roof a dog house. So now t... read more
