Kent and Devontay were complete pros. Although my move on 9/24/19 was only 2.5 hours, it was all furniture up and down stairs in both houses. Alfred and Ron with True Friends Moving just moved my sister from one high rise to another one. The day before the move, we discovered the freight elevator at the new place was out of commission. We immediately called Ben at True Friends and told him about the predicament. He took care of us with the scheduling because we had no other choice but to move on the day planned. Amazing service and friendliness and professionalism, over and above normal duties...PODS were stuck due to poor packing and they worked so hard to get the door open for us with such a great attitude! Richard and Jeremy were an incredible team, being so careful with walls and flooring, doorways, so considerate! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and request them for any moving needs! Carl and Bobby were amazing. When hiring a company that charges per hour, there is an obvious fear that they could take advantage of you to run the fee up. That was 0% the case. The guys were professional, honest, personable, and they went above and beyond to help me today. We had a hard move, and after working very quickly and making it through it, they still made sure my bed frames were set up properly and things were in place the way we wanted them. They called and kept in touch previous to our move and called to say they could be there early the morning of, which was great because our move took all day with lots of stuff and different stops. Jacob and Bobby came right in and started our long move and did a great job getting us moved! Couldn’t have done it without them!
