I can't say enough good about this company! We were in a serious bind when movers we had hired showed up (A1 Movers out of Nashville...DO NOT use them!!) and told us their boss didn't inform them it was a 4 bedroom house and they couldn't do it. (That's not even close to the whole horrible story, but enough to say we were in a mess because we closed on our home that day and had a deadline to be out). I had True Friends come and move my 1br apartment into a 3br house on Thursday, June 16th. The movers themselves did a great job. There were two super effective and super strong dudes that pretty much manhandled my furniture and got everything moved in pretty quickly. I thought those guys did a great job. So, why a 3-star rating? Well, I had my appointment scheduled for 4:30 pm. The movers arrived at 9:15 pm.
