Quality service is all I can say about this company. They went above and beyond in our move. It started out great! The sun was shining as they loaded the truck. The guys packed it tight as a tick to get all our stuff in. After a long day of loading they headed for Chattanooga. On the way the hit one lane of traffic, rain, and accidents. Ben and George were great! Good hard workers and very respectful! I will use True Friends Moving Company again. The only thing that I was not really happy with was: We both left spring hill at the same time and I got to my new address 30 minutes faster than the movers. They said they got caught up in a wreck (which I am sure is true) but I had to pay for 1.5 hours of travel time on top of the 1 hr charge to cover for fuel. At $105 per hour the extra time adds up quickly.
Great company. Met them at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. This company is very professional. They are very interested in the quality of all your items in your move. They pay attention to detail and want to make sure that every customer is happy. Just remember. "Because when it's time to move, True Friends are always there for you."
These guys did a wonderful job. Communicated with me the whole time. Kept a positive attitude even after they realized my job put them behind on their other jobs. Would definitely use them again. I would recommend that they start doing walk throughs before hand to avoid under estimating jobs.
