the agents are very understanding, thoughtful and assisted me with my enrollment from beginning to the end. during my enrollment my mom had passed away I told the agent that she had recently passed and he was so very kind offered his condolences and told me to take my time getting the paperwork sent in to him that he needed. this made me feel so much better that he genuinely cared and called me and said for me to not worry about the paperwork, yes he needed a couple documents in order to approve my healthcare, then he told m... read more
