Great experience with Michael (Trainer) He’s very passionate and pushes you for improvement.
Been going to this gym since January. I've lost 60 lbs of fat and gained 30 lbs of muscle. I've purchased the personal Training program. Has a very bad experience with another gym. However, Dante who set me up was very thorough and cleared out all my questions. My trainer Michael is awesome always looking for ways to mix it up and make it more challenging. Consistent with getting my appointments every week. 100% recommended.
I went to trufit on 10st. thinking i was going to train by myself and Nico convinced me to get a trainer. I did and i have no regrets! He put me with linda perez a trainer and oh lord she is hard on you. If she is hard on you all the other work outs will be easy. I 100% recommend her! She is a beast as a trainer. You’ll see results in very little time.
my personal trainer Linda was amazing she helped me by fixing my form and giving a lot of amazing tips at the gym she’s by far the sweetest person I’ve met! her workouts are intense but gets the job done! She pushes you till failure she never fails to make me feel like I’m one step closer to my dream body!

Lorena was so wonderful!!! She makes me feel so motivated! I love her training methods! For the first time ever I’m excited to be at the gym! I am ready to work towards a healthier version of myself! Thank you so much, Lorena!!!
Great facility and experience
The gym had great equipment available for most times and were properly taken care of by staff and fellow gym goers. Gym trainers gave great advice and coached me to do my best while training.
Love this club and staff!
