So glad I decided to try this trufit out, got a free training session with one of their trainers. Shout out to Armando for explaining everything to me in detail about the exercises and which ones to focus on for my specific aches/pains so I wouldn't feel like the tin man when I woke up. Would really recommend to anyone trying to gain some more mobility back from their younger years.
