I’m new to TruFit, I have always been at Golds Gym. I was looking for a particular area of the gym but I was unfamiliar with the gym. The worker Ana, was very helpful and genuine to answer my questions. She made eye contact and spoke to me with a soft, clear voice. She also made great small talk and made me feel comfortable to this new gym.Â
