After a one-year membership I attempted three different times in person and over the phone to cancel my membership. Despite multiple phone calls they kept charging my credit card. I blocked their payments and a year later they send a collection agent to collect $470. I called the corporate office and spoke with the manager over memberships and she gave me a runaround and would not answer any questions. I am really disappointed on this location !!!! The personal is so rude, and the old Lady that works in the childcare is so annoying, today it was a raining day and my kids get kicked from childcare that I understand that was kids fault , but I don't drive and I had to wait for my uber to pick me up and we where in lobby bc of the rain outside and she come and said tha we can't be there , At first, I really enjoyed coming to this gym but I am having a lot issues with this lady .... and the only reason I come th... read more
