I love that there is a woman's section and it's clean. They do need to check their equipment to make sure the tv's work correctly. I like to watch my kids in the play area and most of the tv ellipticals don't work up in the front area.

Nice new equipment, always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Great place to work out! Most weight and exercise machines are there, and most of them have cable TV with each machine. There's also a private ladies workout room. Message chairs and hydrobed are great to use after each workout.
