I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and I just wanted to say—shoutout to the workers here. Everyone’s tries their best to have a good attitude and it’s clear they’re just trying to get through life like the rest of us. No ego, no pressure, just people doing their job and keeping the place running. Special shoutout to Markeisha — she’s always genuine, always cool. Appreciate y’all.

TruPower with Chris is amazing!!! He took me - a person who was terrified of doing HIIT workouts, out of shape, and passing out easily - to being a person who enjoys coming to the classes and I feel so much better physically and mentally! To anyone who doubts themselves, you CAN do hard things!!!
