My trainer Stephanie is amazing. She’s a genuinely kind and caring person that wants to help you achieve your goals. She’s easy to work with around my schedule and any modifications that I need. She’s incredibly understanding of anything I have going on in my life that makes me miss our appointments. And she is always encouraging about my progress!

I had try to cancel my membership for months now and today was the first time I got the best customer service and the help I need to cancel my membership. The operations manager ialet was such a great help. She explained to me what it needed to be done overall my membership has been canceled and I am going to get a refund. Thanks ialet!
