This is the first time I gave ever used a coach. Aaron has been amazing!! In the initial interview with him, he heard everything I had to say about what I was needing. He never faltered. He gave me workouts that are going to make me stronger, and more self-confident. He pushes me to my limit and let's me know I've done well. I can't say enough about Aaron. I'm blessed to have him as my coach. I picked the right gym to join.
