The gym is kept spotless, and I really appreciate the attention to cleanliness—especially in the locker rooms. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling intimidating, and there’s a good mix of classes, weights, machines, and open space 10/10.

This gym is amazing, my son usually struggles with separation, and it get hard to work out, but the caregivers are great about comforting him and keeping him engaged with activities and I truly appreciate that it really helps

I feel comfortable leaving my child there while I work out, and she’s always excited to go. The only improvement I’d love to see is slightly expanded care hours. Overall, highly recommend!

I’ve been using the gym’s daycare for my 3-year-old for the past two months, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is warm, patient, and always remembers my child by name. The play area is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of age-appropriate toys
