This place is oversold. Crowded. Machines broke. Front desk folks don’t give a heck. Pay a little more and go to a place where you can actually use the machine

It’s almost like the manager Jessi is scared to do her job and has everyone else do it for her even the people who have no clue what they’re doing. I don’t know how this girl still has a job.

Gross, Dirty, staff sucks, management sucks and machines are always broken, then they lie about getting them fixed. Wouldn’t recommend just wait for crunch to open lol
