They need better daycare workers. Everytime I go in there’s a lady just sitting down on the chair not doing anything while my son crying because he is adjusting back to the routine. I rarely see her comforting him or I have to tell her if she can comfort my son so I can leave to workout. If you do not want to work in a childcare center then don’t apply for it, it’s that simple. They need to do better.
