Gym is very clean and workers are super friendly. I also use the daycare to take my 4 year old daughter and the girls are always super nice and patient with her. I’m very comfortable leaving her there with the girls!

I have personal training and Alex wants you to progress, no matter what level you are currently in your fitness journey. Even though I hadn’t been working out for a while, Alex motivated me to work out at the gym regularly to achieve my best fitness version!
