I joined the Amarillo Bell location this year, started out fine. I joined the PT program had offer to pay in full. Once paid in full , payments of $135 continued to come out. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. The facilities were very clean and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a workout and not feel insecure.
Horrible place when you try to get out of your contract for personal reasons they want to charge you an extra month that you can't use to cancel your membership they're pushing they try to make you pay for stuff that you don't want it's like going to a used car lot just a horrible horrible place.
My wife and I are not the people to leave a review to get back at people. We never really leave bad/negative reviews. The only reviews we post are good ones as the saying goes, if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all! I truly do not recommend this gyms daycare.
I truly do not recommend this gyms daycare. In the past 3-4 months i’ve dealt with 3 different incidents with my 3year old. The 1st time was when I came in from my workout and my baby was sitting at one of the tables crying her heart out and snot running down her face. My babygirl is not a fussy toddler either. The daycare worker Alex, who I assume is the supervisor, was just sitting there with a nonchalant look on her face, claiming she was about to get me and when I asked her what happened she said she didn’t know.
