Used to be a good gym but it's gone down hill fast. Almost half the equipment is either broken and torn. The front desk guy in the morning during the week is very rude unless your a women of course. The janitor spends a few hours in the morning taking a nap in the locker room or takes dumbbells and works out in the locker room. The men's shower are disgusting. Yellow stains in all the showers, two of which have been broken since the beginning of the year. A massive water leak from the showers that leads a trail to the sauna.... read more
Got my membership yesterday. Short & sweet, (I don’t know how to spell her name) Ashley was cool got me going gave me a tour. Great Gym hands down & great staff. And Bernice also helped me out as well overall love the customer service.
The gym is always clean and has good vibes. Sarina in the day care is amazing! Alex who signed me and my husband up had been a great help and Bernice at the front desk is always happy and positive.
This place is a cheap ripoff! Trash organization and billing. They just want a constant stream of money without true work. Don’t try to cancel they give you the runaround and want you to come in to do everything and then tell you ways they can’t help and give conflicting information. They use the buddy system to try and cover their tracks. They don’t have an honor system nor do they have any ethics!! Don’t use this gym, any other gym would be recommended! Good gym, but honestly they don’t even care to give maintenance to it. Men’s locker rooms and restrooms are always dirty and no soap or toilet paper available. Just this week, they had to take care of a mold problem! The stall doors in the restroom are falling off and one has even been gone for OVER A YEAR!! There are many lockers that have a door missing and they don’t even care to fix it. The flooring along the dumbbell area is lifting and it’s a tripping hazard.
