Sydney was a perfect 10 as trainers go. She pushed my wife and I like no other trainer has at TruFit but yet was empathetic to our age, medical issues, etc. I felt like I was receiving a personalized, challenging training session working my core and also introducing me to new weight training that I had never done before …. despite a career in the military. Simply put, Sydney was beyond awesome!
