Alexis gave a great gym tour and made the experience very welcoming. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the tour. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience thanks to her.
