Note: This is a review for the personal trainer Brandon Brannan ONLY. It is NOT a review for TruFit Madison in general. Brandon is a great trainer. He is competent, attentive, and flexible. He helped me rehab an old shoulder injury, and has also helped me with a back injury. I sit a lot for work, and his hip mobilization exercises have been incredibly useful for me. He gradually built me up through the training program and gave me useful tips all along the way. I would highly recommend training with him.

I’ve worked out in every gym, tried every diet and variation to get physically fit. Since joining TruFit and working with my trainer, Brandon, it has expedited my fitness goals. I’m moderately experienced in weight training but working with Brandon at TruFit has brought everything to another level for me.
