This is regarding the TRUYOU2025 6 weeks transformation challenge. It started June 9, 2025 to July 21, 2025 and was told 3 scans needed, 15 check-ins and get a swag bag with shirt. Well, I completed the challenge & all that was required, but yet still don't have the things advertised. It's now August 1, 2025!! The communication has been horrible and multiple excuses made. I was excited to do this, however I have wait for things that YOU advertised makes it a joke. Never again, trust is broken!!

Recently moved to Nashville and looking for a new gym so I went in to try it out (signed up for the FREE pass on their website). When I got there they told me they don’t do free passes but instead pushed a 1 dollar promotion on me stating that I can just cancel after if I don’t like it. So I sat with the young man and joined so I could try out the club that day. The number of good reviews are all on their sales team. They encourage you to write a good review on them when signing up and it all changes after that. The place is disgusting, the locker rooms are unclean and they even are so cheap as to take the paper towels out of the locker rooms and move them to the gym floor instead of just buying more. The main reason of me writing this review though is because of management and the Personal Trainer program. The training program is a scam. I currently have 19 classes($625) worth of ... read more

Wide array of equipment and I like being able to come late, however: -The place is filthy. The bathrooms, locker rooms, and saunas are disgusting. They regularly run out of sanitary wipes for machines and weights and that is a huge health issue. If I could report gyms to the health department I absolutely would. - It's ridiculous to charge your members a yearly maintenance fee when you have machines that go out of order for weeks at a time. This athletic club scams customers. A membership was made and was active for two weeks ($10) then cancelled due to moving out of state on 3/17/24. My card was charged for the entire month in April ($30) then in May I was charged the unmentioned "yearly fee" of $54. I have been lied to about a refund and conveniently no one knows when the manger will be in. In the end I was charged almost $100 for two weeks. First the lady at the front desk was amazing she welcomed me and made me feel as if i belonged there . On the other hand the gym looks filthy trash cans were full, wasn't any wipes in the sanitary area to wipe machines, bathrooms didn’t have any tissues, there was tissue all over the woman’s restroom floor.i want to stay at this gym but i might have to cancel if this is what my membership is paying for.
