This athletic club scams customers. A membership was made and was active for two weeks ($10) then cancelled due to moving out of state on 3/17/24. My card was charged for the entire month in April ($30) then in May I was charged the unmentioned "yearly fee" of $54. I have been lied to about a refund and conveniently no one knows when the manger will be in. In the end I was charged almost $100 for two weeks. First the lady at the front desk was amazing she welcomed me and made me feel as if i belonged there . On the other hand the gym looks filthy trash cans were full, wasn't any wipes in the sanitary area to wipe machines, bathrooms didn’t have any tissues, there was tissue all over the woman’s restroom floor.i want to stay at this gym but i might have to cancel if this is what my membership is paying for.

Scheduled an appointment for what I thought was an 7 day free trial. When I showed up no one had a clue about my appointment. Then found out there is no free trial. The woman who helped me was nice but didn’t seem to give all the information. I signed up anyway bc I want the classes and it’s the only gym that has classes that I could afford.
Been trying To join for a week. 1.$ signed up for the seven day trial and then when I got in the building the yellow lady said it wasn’t no Chad that was a mistake on the website. Did I set up online and then when I went in the very next day, she said I haven’t signed up yet. Then she tried to sign me up anything at work where customer service based system there’s a glitch somewhere and all I hear is we are the new management we had a new management is that excuse get it together.
