Great environment, motivated atmosphere. I get an excellent workout in when I'm in there, cleanliness and great staff are a plus as well..

I went in the other day to inquire on a gym membership, and I wanted to say that the staff at the front desk was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions made me feel welcome and encouraged me to join the gym for my weight loss journey.

They need to add a boxing ring here at Meta where every Friday people fight to win prizes. Example: Winner gets a free week of going to the gym. Good place none the less.
