I can’t say enough good things about TruFit! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the vibrant atmosphere. Alexandra is great, very respectful, and takes good care of everyone.
Had a great experience here. Very clean facility & friendly staff. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Alex who gave me a tour around and she happily answered all my many questions. If you're in the Murfreesboro area, this is definitely a gym you would want to check out!

Absolutely love this gym! The women’s gym has helped me become a lot more comfortable in this new journey. The staff is amazing, especially Ms. Sharon. She is always very welcoming. She greets me every time I walk in the door with outgoing energy, making me feel excited to workout. She definitely puts everyone’s needs as a priority, which lets us know we are in good hands! I believe I have picked the perfect gym, I recommend everyone to go to TruFit in Murfreesboro, TN!
OMG! Let me just start with the layout itself. Absolutely amazing for a great access to a workout. Alex the GM & Bri the OM are PHENOMENAL. Great energy soon as you walk through the door. They have even recommended me to even switch over since I’m new to the area and live in that side of town. I couldn’t ask for better support. Alex & Bri, keep up the great work!
