Giving a one star review specifically for the PT program. Tru Fit itself is a great place but the PT's are horrible and are just money hungry. They could care less if you have health or financial problems and will only let you freeze your PT but never cancel it.. but yet you can cancel your gym membership no questions asked. Per TN state law, it only covers the INITIAL payment not the future payments, so I have the right to cancel this but they will not let me.
