Daniel is a great personal trainer! Would definitely recommend, me and my teammates are seeing improvement in my volleyball skills after only a few sessions. (These pictures are all the medals I’ve won since coming to TruFit and working with Daniel for proof that it really works!!)
In pursuit of finding a good gym to commit to, I ran across TruFit Athletic Clubs - 410 & Bandera. They let me check it out with a free day pass and it was amazing. They've got a HUGE selection of equipment, great staff and some extra amenities that really brought it to the top of my potential gyms. Best part is they even have a mini gym area for kids which would be awesome when I have my daughter down here with me.
Kris is amazing! Always super helpful, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to make sure members feel comfortable and motivated. Cris has a positive attitude every time I see them, and it makes the gym experience so much better. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming here!
I'm mainly giving my personal trainer, Daniel, the 5 star review. For the most part, the gym is nice and clean. I have not had much experience with the staff so I won't comment on them. My trainer, Daniel, is exceptional. He truly understands how to push me to my limits. His workouts are challenging and expertly designed to deliver results. I'm starting to feel stronger and more confident again thanks to his guidance.
