The staff is friendly. They greet you with a HELLO every single time. Gym is clean & it has really helpful trainers. They make you feel comfortable & they'll push you to ur limit in the best way possible with ur workouts. I learn something differnet every day & the time training goes by fast. Now I can say I enjoy going to the gym.

For me going to the gym was about sauna & cardio. "Working out" was intimidating for me since I didnt know how to use the equipment. That's mainly why I avoided going to the gym. I saw a promo about 3 days with a trainer & thought that could be helpful to ask about how to use machines. I was happy with the session eventhough I almost died lol. So I signed up for 6 months instead of just the 3 days. As I'm seeing results I am glad Rick is my trainer. Since day one he has pushed me & motivates us. I've lost few lbs but I've lo... read more
