I have been a Trufit member for a year now, training with personal trainer Ricardo Gomez. The training sessions and guidance Rick has provided throughout this past year has allowed me to reach the goals I initially wanted when I first joined this gym. I highly recommend Rick for any personal trainings, as most need either guidance or motivation when it comes to working out and he does an excellent job at providing both.
Markos gallardo was very professional and welcoming.
Friendly environment..if you ladies don't like working out in front of guys, there is a girls section🙌... Classes are fun and trainers are always willing to help meet your goals....best part is sauna!!

Everytime I go to the Trufit Gym on Ridge Rd., I always have a positive experience. I have been pleased with my experience from training with Evelyn, using the dry sauna, going to the aerobics classes with Judith, to using the Fit3D/EVOLT Scan Machine just to name a few examples!! 🏋🏻💪🏼👍🏼🎊
