For me going to the gym was about sauna & cardio. "Working out" was intimidating for me since I didnt know how to use the equipment. That's mainly why I avoided going to the gym. I saw a promo about 3 days with a trainer & thought that could be helpful to ask about how to use machines. I was happy with the session eventhough I almost died lol.
