I’ve been a regular member and generally enjoy the facilities and atmosphere at the gym. I’ve had this membership since the first year y’all opened and it progressively gets worse. More and more equipment breaks down, without getting it fixed. One time I had an issue in the front because they couldn’t find my membership and they were convinced I was lying. And now I’m trying to go to the gym right now on a Thursday at 2:08 in the morning and it’s closed??? I would’ve cancelled my membership a long time ago if y’all didn’t have to make it extra difficult to cancel it.

My Honest Review After 1 week at Sunrise Mall TrueFit It’s been 1 week since I started going to TrueFit at Sunrise Mall. I signed up for the $25 membership, switching from Planet Fitness. Funny enough, the staff at TrueFit actually mocks Planet Fitness when they ask where you used to work out — but maybe they should take a class from Planet Fitness on cleanliness and basic upkeep. I’ve had a great experience with the management at TruFit. The GM is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members. She’s always visible around the gym, making sure everything is running smoothly. If any issues come up, she’s quick to address them and really listen to feedback. You can tell she takes pride in creating a positive environment. It makes a big difference knowing the leadership here is so invested in the members’ experience. Highly recommend this location.

I've had a fantastic experience at TruFit! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference in my workouts.
