staff are friendly, helpful, Membership process quick, was working out in no time. Facility clean, and organized. All machines contain instructions which I appreciate as a new gym goer.

This location is right by the house. So my route is effortless. I appreciate they also have another further down the road. Location is everything to me. I love the different layout of each gym.

Morning staff members are always on time to open the gym. I'm definitely part of the 5am club and I appreciate the amazing staff members their who greet me with a 5am smile.
