Couple of days after signing up I sat down with the fitness managers because this was my first time in a gym and working out. They were extremely helpful and helped find the best course of action for my goals. In the end I signed up for training because I wanted to see real goals and results. I have been working with Jasmine for the past 6 months and I do not regret one moment of it. I highly recommend getting yourself set up with a trainer is its your first time. It will be worth it!
