I went into the Tru Fit on Military around 8:30 on September 5th to get my account canceled after having some negative experiences at the Northstar location. From the moment I walked in, the management and staff here were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate how they handled everything.
