Asked for help on my account and they brought 2 others to help him but the said he was the OM so I thought he could help
Love the gym but the GM and new OM are no help at all and don’t want to see it go down hill

When I ask to talk to a therapist GM or the OM they can’t find them or they are busy and never there to help I called and came inperson nothing and all this new stuff with the gym it’s going down hill
good gym but the red hair girl is so mean and lie to me about my payment and trying to see her today but she not there and will not be for next week and I been coming in and can’t talk to the OM they can’t find him or they are in a meeting somehow
Came in to see if I can get my daughter a membership and seen one of the workers and she help me a lot and let me know that the person at the front desk can help so I went up there he said he was Will and was the OM here but he made me and him to to the kids club to ask one of the kids club works about it but I looked and it was the girl I talked to the first time who help me she helped a lot but the OM does not know what he is doing I think he need a little help
