I’ve been a Tru Fit member for over ten years, and I can honestly say the employees and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the gym facilities. The cardio machines are a constant disappointment—especially the stair masters. There are only five in the main area, and for the last few years only two (sometimes three) are actually working.
