Had a problem with my membership billing and needed to go in to talk to them about the situation. Staff up front and manager were very understanding and helpful they were able to assist me with the situation and gave tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. Very pleased with the outcome and now I can enjoy my workout šš¼Ā
