I have been a member for 8 months and made significant progress towards my goals. The facilities are clean and equipment is maintained to a decent standard. Like all gym 5-7pm is very crowded, but any other time is manageable. The website advertised pools, saunas, massage chairs and more. That only applies to specific locations keep that in mind when selecting your gym.
